Well, he came a little earlier than expected…
Mary was due to have a c-section on Friday at noon, but Aaren had other plans! At around 7pm Thursday Mary started having contractions every 1-2 minutes. When we got to the hospital our doctor told us we’d get to meet Aaren in about 30 mins!
At exactly 11pm Aaren Michael Cowles was brought into our world.
He is very calm and has to work harder than most babies to breath, which causes him to make the cutest little ‘kitten’ sound.

He is a precious little bundle of joy! I am so very happy I got to hold him today. I was mesmerized by the beauty of his face, the little whimpers of sound as he breathed in and out, and his little hands were smaller then my thumb. This gift of Life is truly AMAZING and I am blessed to have held him in my arms.
